Terms & conditions
The terms that apply when you shop with IK Furnishing UK.
Last updated: October 2026
1. About us
This website is operated by IK Furnishing UK, 474 Thornton Road, Bradford, BD8 9BS. Phone and WhatsApp: 07507 283002. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean IK Furnishing UK.
2. Your order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price has been shown in error; if so, we will tell you and refund any payment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken securely by card at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
4. Products
We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on screen, and natural materials may vary. Please check the measurements on each product page and measure your space and access before ordering.
5. Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery across the UK, subject to our delivery terms. Delivery times depend on the item and whether it is in stock or made to order, and we will confirm the expected delivery date for your order. See Delivery Information.
6. Cancellations and returns
Your right to cancel and return goods is explained on our Returns & Refunds page. Items made to your specifications, such as made-to-measure sofas, are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
